• Easy walking distance to local shopping, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, fast food, banking, medical facilities and the beach
• Easily accessible bus routes available at the front gate of the college (3 minutes from the dormitory)
• Scheduled dormitory mixers, festivals and events for all inhabitants staying in the dormitory
• Fully wheelchair accessible with multilingual elevators and easy access and exit points
